Maria Phelps won a Yeti Cooler filled with local gift cards, a $400 value, sponsored by Metro Water Filter, in the Rotary Week 18 raffle.  The Rotary Club of Greene and Putnam Counties is a local service organization affiliated with the Rotary International organization.
